2020年4月29日 · Good post! Big Brother 9 is a decent season in my mind, and easily the most underrated season. No, its not a classic, but its not as bad as people say. As someone who followed it live as it happened, it was really exciting those first 5-6 weeks or so before Team Christ started steamrolling things.

2020年3月19日 · For some reason, despite the total shitshow that was Big Brother 9, the thing I will always remember most about the season was the sheer quantity and magnitude of mistakes made by Ryan from the Final 6 on. It's like he went out of his way to make a whole new game-losing screwup in each round after that.

Big Brother had mostly steered clear of that in the earlier seasons, perhaps due to its original "social experiment" framing and executive producer Arnold Shapiro. Season 9 was only Grodner's second season running the show after Shapiro's exit.

Sharon, one of the most underrated players in BB history in my opinion, was very smart, strategic, good social game, etc.. she was in the final 4 or 5? I don't remember. But basically, it was a "Step back from true, step back for false" competition.

2021年6月15日 · Season 9 is the bad rep, trashy, stereotypical reality TV. Even if you don't like that kinda stuff, it's a decent watch when bored. Gets better after the first few weeks.
