Bhajju Shyam (born 1971 in Patangarh, Central India, full name: Bhajju Singh Shyam) is an Indian artist, belonging to the Gond-Pardhaan community of Madhya Pradesh. He was awarded India's fourth highest civilian award, the Padma Shri, in 2018. [1]

Bhajju Shyam (b.1971) in the Gond tribal village of Patangarh and apprenticed with Jangarh Singh Shyam. Bhajju is a well known Gond artist, having exhibited his works all over the world. His best-known work, The London Jungle Book, is a visual travelogue of his 2002 visit to London.

Shyam was born in the village of Patangarh, Madhya Pradesh. He received formal education until the tenth grade, after which he dropped out.

Bhajju was born in 1971 in Patangarh village. It was Jangarh Singh Shyam who suggested Bhajju to start painting. His works have been exhibited in India and abroad, starting from the Paris group exhibition in 1998.
