Minus the hot cheese whiz, you've got a close to true Pat/Geno's Philly Sandwich. Complete with soft drink. Kudos if you brought your own cheez whiz. You can also cut the onions smaller as well. Meat isn't the best, but it's the best you can do at subway. Spicy Italian plus BMT hybrid with Capicola, Bel Gioso Mozzarella.

I usually double the meat on a 6 inch whole wheat to keep a good ratio of carbs vs protein, and to keep the overall calories down.
