Spectators are a lesser type of Beholder. They are floating creatures with a single huge eye and four eyestalks from which they may cast damaging or debilitating ray attacks. Spectators use a special kind of resource for their actions called Eyestalk Action and can perform two Eyestalk Actions per turn. Shoot an eye ray that Frightens its target.
