They can change labels just by peeling off one label and placing another one on. And they can create new labels at any time on their inkjet printer.

Stubborn labels (harpoon for one) require a green scubby, or at worst steel wool. For wine bottles I soak and strip with green scrubby or steel wool - then use "goof off" to remove adhesive.
