2021年11月26日 · The Griffin 1N/S' were already my most favorite mech aesthetically, but I think I'm pretty much gushing over the 2N. So much fun to just delete lights with a single trigger pull as well, if they don't die outright, they usually are crippled to the point that anything shooting at them next will put them out of their suffering rather quickly.

2014年2月10日 · The Griffin is the stuff of legends, IIRC it was banned from a megamek server. The Griffin is, IMHO, the father of the "modern" cavalry mech. A 5/8 mover with long range weapons, some of them direct fire, like the PPC. It is better than the Dragon because it can jump and the stock Griffin, with a PPC beats the stock Dragon with an AC5.

Military weapons do not care about intellectual property in the slightest and they will copy each other as needed.

The SRM and second set of ammo for 2 heat sinks and 2 Medium Lasers. giving you a net bonus of 7 extra damage and increases accuracy from being located in the arm and being a laser; reducing the spread of damage, giving you a bit more punch as well.

2018年12月15日 · the SLDF Griffin is very good on any of the target acquisition flashpoints because you can load it full of JJs and armor and have it take on the most exposed beacon point and as someone mentioned below, you can make a true 4-SRM6 bomber with it and near-max armor and max JJs. it rules
