The Provincial Assembly of Balochistan has the power to initiate and pass a motion for the passing the vote of no- confidence against the Chief Minister of the province (only if the majority of the members voting are in favor of the vote of no confidence).

The Provincial Assembly of Balochistan came into existence under a Presidential Order on 30th March, 1970, after dissolution of one unit and declaring Balochistan as a separate province.

The role of the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan is to; Represent the will of the people especially the masses of the province, Make new provincial laws and amend existing laws of the Province for the welfare and well-being of the people, Approve taxes and making provincial budget for every fiscal year,

Get acquainted with the Chief Minister and Ministers of the Balochistan Assembly, responsible for leading the provincial government and overseeing various departments to implement policies and initiatives for the welfare of the people.
