2021年8月28日 · Super thin, like sandwich steaks. I said thanks, but no thanks. Guy says "you waited in this line just to buy nothing?" Yes, sir. He offered another box for free, so I said fine. Inconsistent quality. Some were ok, some were tough and full of gristle. Still annoyed that I wasted time and money on that. Backyard Butchers 1 Me 0.

2023年8月30日 · Professional butchers basically have to be forced to do things in a sanitary way. As soon as meat inspectors look the other way shit gets ugly real quick. And yes I speak from professional experience. Unsurprisingly, when there’s no oversight whatsoever the rules of food safety go right out the window.
