It's not stiff enough for the track; however, there is no time to do a rebuild prior to the 10 AM practice. Hopefully the Ohlins folks can get it dialed in a little during the practice. The FX runs at around 4:20 PM tomorrow. Lets be pulling for the only BMW in the field tomorrow at Barber.:cool::cool:

Another 15 laps and Brian would have been running with Richard. Weight really helped Richard overcome some of the hp deficit. The caution definitely got Brian back in the race but Cooper didn't need the help. We had the N8 banner up but he withdrew early. Both BMW times were running 1:45 and change. N8 / BMW at Daytona 200 Anyone interested in sharing the expense of getting one or both of these banners? We could put them on the fence in the second section of infield stands in the International Horseshoe.

My thoughts are for BMW to produce 50 - 75 track only R1200S's at a very affordable price for dealers/ private teams to purchase. having this series within the US would also be another great venue for BMW owner's clubs to participate in at the track activities and or dealers to have open houses/group rides to the events.
