2020年7月14日 · Certain weapons with a reciprocating charging handle can be made to fire on full auto with a carefully tuned string tied to the charging handle, then wound around the back of the trigger guard, so it pulls the trigger as the bolt comes into full battery. I think it was the M1 Carbine or mini14 where this was most famous.

2024年1月17日 · The M-16 operates entirely different from the M14 in full auto. In addition to the hammer and disconnector, it has a full auto sear that is activated when the bolt carrier pushes on it. In FA position it trips the disconnector. Timed to activate when bolt is locked. That is the simplified explanation of course.

2020年11月18日 · RDIAS is a registered drop in auto sear. Emphasis on drop in. Full auto parts are not an RDIAS. They will do absolutely nothing in an AR15 lower unless you have a 3rd hole, which makes that lower a machinegun. Drop in insinuates that it is not a machinegun lower.

2022年3月5日 · A couple things to consider. First, your BCG has to be made to trip an auto sear. Full auto BCGs are pretty standard for 5.56 rifles, but not necessarily blowback ones. Second, your lower trigger pocket has to be milled for an auto sear. My local FFL makes all of their lowers auto sear compatible, but a lot of the other ones I have aren't

2022年7月29日 · No. The bolt carrier is milled so it cannot trip the auto sear, additionally there is a block welded into the receiver so you could not install an FA carrier without permanent removal. Edit: This applies to both manufacturers. 2nd edit: Also, don't remove the block. Even if you have a registered auto sear or pack.
