Atlas Destroyer is able to eject its broken original arm and be retrofitted with Chaos Nemesis's arm given by Apex, which uses a Vanadium steel forged Saber Chain to pierce the hide of a Kaiju. It can also be used like a whip to hit targets from a distance, and sever limbs.

One day, Hayley accidentally finds an old Mark III training Jaeger named Atlas Destroyer, but when she powers it up, it attracts a huge red-veined Kaiju, a Category IV codenamed Copperhead, which destroys the settlement, killing all of its occupants.

Atlas Destroyer is a decommissioned training Jaeger with no weapons, left behind during the PPDC's evacuation. Activating Atlas Destroyer draws the attention of a Category IV Kaiju, Copperhead, who destroys their safe haven, and kills the survivors they lived with.

2021年3月5日 · Atlas Destroyer is described in the series as a combat jaeger ‘downgraded’ to cadet training use. If this is the case, then the very bright color scheme would make sense as who in the right mind would deploy a brightly colored jaeger that a kaiju can spot from kilometers away.
