2021年7月19日 · No. I used Staples live chat and they seemed to say that you just register on the Asurion website. Asurion requires you to upload both receipts, which I did. I talked to Asurion live chat and they seem to indicate that is all you need to do for the Protection Plan to cover the chair. I am hoping that is all it does require.

2023年2月16日 · OP, if Asurion doesn't take care of it, Staples' furniture team will.. not the store.. but the corporate end. They warranty the mesh for 7 years if i recall. I went through the process myself and it was extremely easy and i didn't have to pay for any garbage extended warranty, they just sent me replacement parts.

Still better than not getting anything back for your chair purchase at Staples, and it gives you some funds to put towards your next one wherever you go. I'm just unsure if they would issue a check.

2021年7月10日 · Asurion is a reputable company and literally if the chair even gets mildly uncomfortable just file a claim and you will be reimbursed or they will send you a new chair. A lot of protection plans are sketchy and not worth the extra money but if a company is offering a plan through Asurion it is definitely worth shelling out a bit more.

As per Staples corporate (I was at the Asurion meeting), unless plans specifically say accidental coverage from day one, they won’t cover accidents from day one. And if it’s under manufacturer warranty, the 1st year is just support and the parts still need to be handled by the manufacturer.

They fired all their in house warranty agents..which in turns means you have to contact All state and plead your case after apples warranty has ended..no one from Staples will assist you..you will have to send your defective product to them first..highly recommend you goto a store and inquire from a manager.
