AsPC-1 - CRL-1682 - ATCC
AsPC-1 is cell line derived from nude mouse xenografts initiated with cells from the ascites of a 62-year-old, White, female patient with cancer of the pancreas. This cell line can be used in cancer research.
Cellosaurus cell line AsPC-1 (CVCL_0152)
Human pancreatic adenocarcinoma: in vitro and in vivo morphology of a new tumor line established from ascites. Cell surface antigens of human ovarian and endometrial carcinoma defined by mouse monoclonal antibodies.
Phenotype and Genotype of Pancreatic Cancer Cell Lines
AsPC-1, Capan-2 and Hs 766T were reported to be wild-type for the CDKN2A/p16 sequence. However, AsPC-1 has also been shown in other reports to have either a homozygous deletion of CDKN2A/p16 exons 2–3 110 and/or a frameshift mutation 107 – 109.
AsPC1 cells harvested from tissue culture flasks are implanted into the subcutaneous space of the left flank of the mice. Resulting tumors are monitored by calipering twice weekly. Animal weights are measured three times weekly. Animal behaviour is monitored daily.
AsPC-1 Xenograft Model
ASPC-1 is a human pancreatic adenocarcinoma cell line that was established from a metastatic site in a patient with pancreatic cancer. It is commonly used as a model for studying the biology of pancreatic cancer, which is a highly aggressive and lethal cancer with a poor prognosis.
AsPC-1 Cell Line - an overview | ScienceDirect Topics
Binding of the ligand to KiSS-1R leads to the activation of phospholipase C (PLC), and to the subsequent stimulation of the hydrolysis of phosphatidylinositol bisphosphate (PIP2) into inositol 1, 4, 5-trisphosphate (IP3), PLC cleavage of PIP 2 to …
AsPC-1 Xenograft Model - Altogen Labs
The AsPC-1 epithelial cell line is isolated from pancreatic tissue of a 62-year-old Caucasian female patient with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma. AsPC1 is extensively employed for studying human infections related to the pancreas.
AsPC-1. Culture Collections
Human pancreatic adenocarcinoma: in vitro and in vivo morphology of a new tumor line established from ascites. In Vitro 18: 24-34. If use of this culture results in a scientific publication, it should be cited in the publication as: AsPC-1 (ECACC 96020930).
Abstract 1677: ASPC-1-MRTX-1133R as a useful cell line model for …
Apr 4, 2023 · Cell survival assay showed that IC50 of ASPC-1-MRTX-1133R is >2000nM, 100-fold more resistant than the parental ASPC-1 cell line (22nM). We identified the potential resistance mechanisms using whole exome sequencing (WES) and RNA-Seq.
