Khorovats (Armenian: խորոված, [χɔɾɔˈvɑt͡s]) is an Armenian barbecue. [1] The meat may be marinated before grilling, but it does not have to be. [ 1 ] It can be made with lamb, pork, beef, chicken, fish, or even veal.
