2020年1月9日 · Hi guys! New here and looking to upgrade my lathe. Found this one in the local classifieds. It's a Andes 13x40 made in 1991 in Taiwan. its pretty clean and comes with some tooling, DRO, and a 4 jaw chuck.

2016年2月14日 · I am considering purchasing a used ANDES 12" X 36" model SSB-16CA (F) lathe. It has two previous owners, it is in good condition, comes with some good tooling and the price is right. I have done an exhaustive search on the internet and can not find anyone advertising parts for sell for this machine.

2011年7月29日 · With a good cleaning and some fresh paint it has turned out to be a pretty nice lathe. The head stock gearing is a bit noisier than it probably should be, but isnt really all that bad. 2009年11月12日 · It looks a lot like the Asian lathe (rebranded and sold by MSC) a friend has in his shop. I don't think he has a manual for it anymore, but if you find one for a similar model, you should be able to sort out roughly what the knobs and dials do, then try them and see if they behave similarly.
