If you live in the USA, you’re not going to find an American Express Red Card application to fill out… because it’s only available in the UK. For those residents, fortunately the card has no annual fee and the requirements to qualify are reportedly similar to the AmEx Green and Gold cards. And, apparently, AMEX is phasing it out.

I have heard of FRs before and I have also heard that they are very rare and with just two cards, I never expected it to happen.

Sure, the Costco AmEx has better rewards and you could just donate 1% of the total amount you make in purchases on your own, but it definitely doesn't look as cool as the Product (RED) card....

2014年4月1日 · Simple question: In your opinion, what is the best or most impressive looking credit card? I'll start by saying AMEX Blue. The only downside is that it scuffs and scratches really easily. The most durable is the Discover IT. Due to the card design and texture, it doesn't show card swipe scratches at all! Looks just as it did out of the envelope.

2019年9月30日 · It was a brand-new account and there was a miscommunication. They refused to excuse interest charges. They refused to excuse the late charge as a one-time courtesy. After I continued to use the card, set up auto-pay, and PIF to show accountability and use of the card, and let some time pass, they still refused (twice) to remove the 30-day late.

2014年3月18日 · People have speculated that it is unwise to pay your Amex card with BB if you have been doing lots of Manufactured Spend. Another suggested danger point it to load BB and withdraw to bank account on a regular basis. But there haven't been clear examples of this. However, recently a few reports of FR on the Blue Cash card as people ramp up.
