Prime all might simply doesn't put out enough damage. Unlike all might himself shiggy regenerated completely fine after his entire chest was caved out by deku. Shiggy is almost able to keep up with 120% ofa deku who is much faster than prime all might.

However it was his emotions (rage, sadness, all that good stuff) that made him sloppy and caused him to become so horribly injured while fighting AfO that time. I'm of the opinion that All for One was stronger during the Kamino incident.

But, Omni man is much faster, if not combat speed, in travel speed. If he flies into all might at full speed, the force alone would do damage.
