If you want to use existing analogue speakers with a console you’ll want an HDMI ARC extractor. You can get them on Amazon and will convert the ARC audio from the monitor and allow you to hook up a 3.5mm cable. If on PC then of course your best option is to just hook the speakers up directly to the PC.
