2025年2月13日 · There is no clicking on the starter relay and the 30 pin does not have any voltage. When the key is turned to the Start position, pin 86 on the starter relay comes alive with 12.6V. Fuse #4 is good and showing 12.6V. I disconnected C10 from the TIPM and there is no resistance on the YL/TN C10 Pin 8 wire to the relay 30 pin.
