Tell me how Acrid is viable, are you implying he is a ranged character? Actually, that's pretty much what I was about to say. He's pretty much a ranged character disguised as a melee one. If you're playing Acrid as melee beyond the first few stages, of course you're gonna get shredded.

2024年8月27日 · acrid's caustic leap no longer collides with enemies in the air or walls. He can no longer hurt flying enemies unless he lands on top of them. He also can't scale walls anymore cause of that.He gets thrown around or to the side now when he tries leap directly at an enemy.

2018年11月9日 · Acrid could very easily be converted into a ranged character who spits contageons at his enemies. I'd be totally fine with that lol

2020年8月8日 · Acrid is considered a hybrid, but he leans far more heavily on the ranged side since he lacks melee defensive tools that the other classes have. I usually stick visions on him when it's later in a run and meleeing would mean death.
