Abuna's objective is to join forces in a synergistic movement to provide comprehensive assistance to Afghan families, especially vulnerable and persecuted minorities in Afghanistan, in the face of the current humanitarian crisis.

Con la pandemia del covid-19 en marzo de 2020 y el consiguiente cierre de fronteras, la crisis económica y el hambre, Abuna se ha dedicado a ayudar a familias en situaciones de refugio e inmigrantes en vulnerabilidad, tanto en Brasil como en otros países.
