The AEP CEQA Statute & Guidelines is Updated Annually and Provides the Following: Summaries of Relevant Legislation and Court Cases from the Previous Year; Notations of Authority Cited within the CEQA Guidelines; Two Indexes (Page-based and Code Section-based) Developed and Refined by CEQA Practitioners

This workshop is designed to help consultants, regulators, applicants, and industry professionals stay current on legal trend, and hot topics affecting the application of the Law and Guidelines.

This workshop provides a basic understanding of the fundamentals of the California Environmental Quality Act and the State Guidelines, and includes intermediate-level practice pointers and case studies.

The CEQA Guidelines reflect the requirements set forth in the Public Resources Code, as well as court decisions interpreting the statute and practical planning considerations.
