Below is a list of the 613 mitzvot (commandments). It is based primarily on the list compiled by Rambam in the Mishneh Torah, but I have consulted other sources as well. As I said in the page on halakhah, Rambam's list is probably the most widely accepted list, but it is not the only one.

2023年2月17日 · There is no universal agreement among Jews or Christians that there are exactly 613 laws given by God through Moses. In any calculation of the number of commandments in the Mosaic Law, complications arise.

The following is a brief listing of the 613 commandments (mitzvot), as recorded and classified by Maimonides in the 12th century. This listing is taken from his classic compendium of Jewish law, the "Mishneh Torah," which contains 14 primary "books" or sections.

According to Jewish tradition, the Torah contains 613 commandments (Hebrew: תרי״ג מצוות, romanized: taryág mitsvót). Although the number 613 is mentioned in the Talmud, its real significance increased in later medieval rabbinic literature, including many works listing or arranged by the mitzvot.

R. Simlai, a Palestinian teacher, states: "613 commandments were revealed to Moses at Sinai, 365 being prohibitions equal in number to the solar days, and 248 being mandates corresponding in number to the limbs of the human body" (Mak. 23b). (See the table "613 Commandments.")

The Talmud tells us (Tractate Makkot 23b) that there are 613 commandments (mitzvot) in the Torah; 248 Positive Commandments (do's) and 365 Negative Commandments (do not's). However, the Talmud does not provide us with a list of these commandments. Several great Jewish scholars have compiled a complete listing of these mitzvahs.

In Judaism, there is no single definitive list of the 613 laws. In what follows, first I will present a list of 613 mitzvot according to their appearance in the Torah, and then I will provide the list given by Maimonides, the "St. Thomas Aquinas" of rabbinical Judaism.

Laws of Reciting the Shema` include one positive commandment, which is to recite the Shema` twice daily. Laws of Prayer and Priestly Blessing include two positive commandments: (1) to serve the LORD in prayer daily; (2) for Priests to bless Israel daily.

There are a number of debates as to which commandments are included in the 613, this breakdown is according to Sefer Hamitzvot of the Rambam. This breakdown divides the commandments in 248 positive and 365 negative mitzvot.
