I've tried forcing the game to have a capped FPS of 60 through the Radeon software and that didn't help, it was still capped at 48 when I launched the game. I have read that you can fix it by changing a line in the .ini file, but I don't know how to do that.

2022年10月10日 · The issue is that nobody shoots film or shows above 30ish fps; 24-30 (films - shows) is the norm because it has that look to it, and to a greater extent 24fps was adopted as the norm in the early 20th century and nobody wants to move on from it. At this point it’s overly jarring to view a film in high frame rate and most people don’t like it.

2024年4月21日 · Hey guys, I just bought Fallout 4, and my game is capped at 48 fps. I've tried changing the "iPresentInterval=1" to 0, but it's still capped. I have a Razer Blade 15: i7 9750h, 2070 MAXQ, and 16 GB of RAM.

Because of 48 FPS, I could switch all power to using medium settings with FSR 2.1 highest settings, crazily good quality and I could do it at 15W, but I am hoping to bring it down to 36 next time with the same quality but hopefully I could use only 10-12W only, that's gonna be cool.

When i change to DXGI, on older versions, it goes to 30/48 as well. Even when i watch youtube anime videos.

2021年6月14日 · I've played Fallout 3 and NV and I wanted to play Fallout 4 as well, but when I launch the game and get past all the introductory stuff, the game keeps running at 48 fps. I'm using a laptop with a RTX 3060, I5-10200H and 16GB RAM, the game is located on the SSD and the laptop is set to maximum performance.
