I think maybe nowadays the main benefit of the Rush is that it's still a real Voodoo so you can play 3dfx-only games with it, and it's cheaper than a pure Voodoo card and doesn't require a separate 2D card. The lower performance doesn't really matter if you're running it on a way-overspecced machine (like my P3 500).

This card is far less popular. It is less compatible with the oldest games and slower than voodoo1. For early games there are patches that fix most of the problems.
