2010年12月1日 · Reamer will be from PT&G. Seated bullets in the trial cases with a Hornady .300 WSM die. Didn`t mark the bullet. A machinist friend will hone out a .300 WSM Sinclair body die to .358 for full length sizing. Comparing powder charges in reloading manuals, the .35-300 WSM should be midway in velocity between the .35 Whelen and .358 Norma Mag.

Maybe RL17 will work with 108% load density if you want to compress that much. 2008年12月29日 · I want it to be a .35 caliber. The calibers I am considering are the .358 STA, .35-.300 Win Mag, and .35-.300 WSM (Sambar). I am currently weighing the cost options. I could build the .35-.300 Win Mag and .35-.300 WSM for a lower cost than building a .358 STA. I would be able to buy either a .300 Win Mag or .300 WSM and just have it rebarreled.

2021年10月12日 · Just finished this 35 WSM. Douglas bbl fluted w/ interrupted flute this was one of my screw ups as I missed an index…oh well, it just went on my own rifle. (thanks Stan for the 1 week turnaround on 6 358 bbls!!!), Win 70 action, McM htg stock with Leupold 2.5-8 mounted.

2006年4月13日 · If you go to 35cal.com you can pull up some information on the 35-300WSM. Seems like it rests between the 35 Whelen and the 358 Norma, and does it out of a Ruger with a 22" barrel. I think he reamed the chamber of a 350 Remington Magnum to make the chambering.

2011年6月8日 · Or, the 35 Sambar, which is basically a .358 WSM! The 350 Rem Mag as mentioned before is a good one too. If I were looking at or looking to build a 20" short mag, non wildcat, it would be the 300WSM. The 300SAUM, which I like even better, wouldn't bother me since I have a good supply of brass already. I bet it becomes scarce in the next few years.

With Norma brass the old set could take a 458 basic brass to about .200". I started playing with different radius and angles. Pictured...
