2020年12月23日 · Have more than 7 years of experience with various LTZ1000-references and have lot of different designs. It was especially interesting to see how bad is "bad" 34470A reference PCB design is versus expensive typical LTZ1000A with VPG foil resistors and fancy PCBs. At least 34470A module is smallest there is for production-grade module.

2017年10月29日 · The 7510 is repeatedly more stable than 34470A (in the ppm range) and I am not even using the ACAL feature on the 7510! The ACAL on the 34470A is sometimes flaky and over corrects and then needs few min to correct itself again. But the really amazing feature of the 7510 is the ultra fast warmup time. 2015年3月13日 · The 34470A is not the first 7 1/2 digit instrument (from HP / agilent). Before that, the 34420A, nV/ µOhm meter already had 7 1/2 digit. It is based on the elder Multislope III A/D, similar to the 34401A, and had slightly better linearity than this new DMM. The 34420A features DCV and Ohm only, and has an LM399H built inside.

2015年2月18日 · The 7 1/2 digit 34470A still has got no LTZ1000 reference inside, very obviously. This would make absolutely sense at that level of resolution. And also, it is as costly as the 3458A..

At 10V 10kHz the DMM7510 is 900ppm and the 34470A is 700ppm, not a big difference even with a highly optimized digital sampling system. Even the HP 3458A with its three AC modes uses the analog TRMS converter for the best accuracy of any signal that isn't perfectly repetitive, and that's 300ppm best-case.

2016年2月17日 · The 34470A 10h stability test suffered from an initial temperature change of about -4°C for the first 2 hours, as it was initially sitting on a warm 3458A. The decreasing temperature reveals a T.C. of about 1ppm/°C. The 7h stability comparison indicates much higher stability for the 34470A and a lot of popcorn noise for the 34465A.

2015年12月16日 · And the other one is 34465-26501, which is for both 34465A (high end 6.5 digit DMM) and 34470A (7.5 digit DMM). 34465A and 34470A share the same main PCB board and on this PCB board, Keysight removed LM399 and add a 8 pin connector. We know 34470A is using another small PCB board with LTZ1000 attach to this connector. But how about 34465A?
