It’s less child-like and more extreme airheadedness. Generally I can see that, there was just one moment/scene (which I can't actually remember at this point, it's been some time) that very specifically felt child-like to me instead of just the usual airheadedness, or maybe it was so extreme airheadedness that it felt more like a child-like behaviour, and it just stuck with me.
