2019年11月22日 · The frame I happen to ride allows both sizes, but I decided 26 x 4 and 29x2.6 are just right. Summer hammering on the 2.6, and winter general riding on the 26x4. I was considering a 27.5x3.8 lower knob alternative and ditch the other wheels, but I really like how light and fast the bike is the the 29x2.6 wheelset.

2019年4月13日 · This is the magic number for me, 26 x 2.4. Manufacturer charts show my 21mm ID rim is approved for a 2.4 tire. 2.4 is also the largest which will fit my cross country frame, front and back. My good fortune was to find a Panaracer Swoop AllTrail non-tubeless which was a true 2.4. Light enough for cross country, and sealing well on a TLR rim.

2014年11月28日 · A quick update. I hadn't run another tire since mounting these 4.9 up. Today, I threw on a Nate 4.0, and was shocked at the difference in size. It looks like a regular mountain bike tire in comparison. Both are setup tubeless on an 80 millimeter rim.
