Jul 19, 2023 · Wanted to share my experience and for lack of better word, battles, with my 2014 Cadillac ATS 2.0 turbo rear wheel drive. The funnest car I've ever owned. Hope someone out there finds this useful! buying an ATS is a great choice if you seek a more sporty, stiffer ride. Those looking for a more cushioned, cloud-like experience should look elsewhere.

Jun 1, 2023 · I recently just bought a 2014 ATS 2.0T. I got a pre inspection done before I bought it. As soon as I bought it, I scheduled an appointment at the dealership to change all of the essential fluids. When I got the recommended service paper thing, the only things needed are minor problems like wiper blade fluid, etc.

I got a 2014 ATS 2.0 AWD last year with 51k miles. The biggest issues are Pistons on the 2.0, rear differential seals blowing due to a clogging vent tube, and CUE screen issues. Also transmission shuddering which a flush can usually alleviate. My car had this and is fine now. So far with 63k miles, I've only needed oil changes and VVT solenoids.

Aug 9, 2023 · I have a 2014 CTS sedan, stay the fuck away from it lol. 2.0t AWD bought with 100k miles on it, 140k on it now, so far I've had to do all wheel bearings, both vvt sensors, pcv hose on top of engine, entire rear end, about to have to do transfer case I believe, radio is delaminating/doesn't work half the time, ac blend doors are messed up, etc

Feb 8, 2021 · My 2014 ATS 2.0T has the best brakes, most power, best tech, best handling, most comfort, best stereo, best looking car I’ve ever owned. However, after 7 years and 75,000 miles, it’s on its 3rd CUE touchscreen and 4th HVAC actuator. I really like the car, but certain aspects of its reliability aren’t what I was expecting for a modern car.

Nov 25, 2020 · 2014 ATS 2.0T 6 speed checking in. This is a good car. But because you are buying it used and out of warranty you will run some risk with expensive repairs. That’s ANY car. The thing about luxury cars though is that mechanics charge more. And in my exp some mechanics don’t like working on American cars.
