2019年1月28日 · The printer slowly stopped printing magenta, even tho it said that there was 60% of that ink remaining. The first time through I was able to restore printing by cleaning the heads and removing/replacing that cartridge. When the problem returned I purchased ANOTHER HP magenta cartridge, but still have the same problem.

When I run a Supplies Status Report the bar for the Magenta cartridge only shows a very, very faint red color. I purchased and installed a new Magenta cartridge, rerunning Calibration, but there is no difference.

2024年4月4日 · The last time this happened, changing the color cartridge also worked but only for a few weeks. Then the magenta stopped printing even though the cartridge reading showed it was still more than half full. Hopefully it was just a bad cartridge and this new one will keep on working.
