Settings > Advanced Features > Advanced Gateway Setting > Multicast DNS. The way this works is hostnames can be found in your local network via mDNS.

2023年3月3日 · I'm running UniFi OS UDM Pro 2.4.27 and Network 7.2.97. The Default LAN is currently configured to be 192.168.1.0/24. I need to change it to 192.168.0.0/24. If I go to Networks > Default, the IP address is not editable. I first have to deselect "Auto-Scale Network". I can then change the "Host Address" which automatically changes the range.

(let me clearify this ONLY happens with network servers I cannot click them and remove them, I can click on offline UDM pros and it gives the blurb about removing those but I am specifically needing to remove Network Servers (or software installs only.)

2019年4月28日 · Unifi 24 port PoE is never silent, the fans are ALWAYS on some noise level that maybe unacceptable. The 8 port 150W is fanless, so that could be a better option, even 2 of them for the same price, 16 ports (use a direct SFP connect to save ethernet ports) or say a dumb cheap switch for more ports if you don't need those managed.

In the end enabled wireguard, sent config to phone, and boom immediately connected and can get to all my networks fine. Something wrong with the teleport setup I think somewhere in some circumstances, as my setup was a fresh install entirely.

If you're doing regular backups of a VM-based controllers, a full restore will only take 5-10 mins anyway. The unifi controller is also pretty stable on an linux VM and should never give you issues. If you still need true HA, unifi is probably not going to be for you anyway as it lacks a lot of other true enterprise-grade features.

I'd consider myself pretty tech savvy but this issue is throwing me for a loop. Any suggestions? Configs: No Adblock, Firewall is in Auto, no VPN on the network or the clients, no traffic rules.
