2023年12月27日 · Looking at purchasing a left handed 3.5 inch chamber 12 gauge. I recently picked up a left hand Benelli m2 20 gauge and love it. It fits me, cycles flawlessly, and just feels quality. I really like the feel and look of the SBE 3, but am really nervous about buying a shotgun that seems to have a reputation of shooting abnormally high.

2019年9月15日 · Many struggle with the SBE 3 cause it tends to shoot high for many. If you don't need 3.5 theres no reason to buy a SBE3. Personally I'd shell out more for premium ammo and shoot 3 inch. $35 for bismuth for 25 shells is not that unaffordable given how much more a SBE 3 costs. If you need 3.5 inch for ducks I think people should practice more.

2021年12月6日 · I have a Benelli Super Black Eagle 2 that doesn't eject 3" shells reliably. The hull gets hung up on the way out, preventing the next shell from loading. Strangely enough it cycles light target loads, even 7/8, like butter. 3 1/2" super magnum loads also cycle well. I've shot several boxes of 3 1/2" steel through it to get it broken in.

2022年12月24日 · I do the kayak saltwater marsh thing here in California. I just picked up the Cordoba BEST. I don't shoot 3.5" so it was an easy choice. The SBE 3 feels long to me too. My cerakote and/or dipped guns require a complete disassembly and clean after some hunts and I'm now looking forward to not having to deal with it right after a hunt!

I bought a brand new 26" black finish SBE3 today and it is shooting 50/50 for me with the factory installed C (60mm / 2.36") shim.
