Shrine Mont is a conference and retreat center located in Orkney Springs, a community in western Shenandoah County, Virginia. With accommodations for up to 550 people, we offer groups as well as individuals fun things to do, beautiful places to explore and abundant hospitality.

Shrine Mont is a retreat and conference center owned by the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia in the town of Orkney Springs, Virginia, United States which is located at the foot of Great North Mountain in the Shenandoah Valley and at the edge of the George Washington National Forest. It includes about 1,100 acres of forest.

Shrine Mont Camps is a residential summer camp for campers 8-17 years old. Ministry of the Episcopal Church, and serving campers in Virginia and beyond. Swimming, friendship, worship, great food, hiking, and much more!

This camp experience offers a wide variety of activities to choose from for literally every member of your family. Activities and programming including bingo, fishing, swimming, square dancing, cook-outs, hikes, and rocking on the porch immersed in the natural beauty of Shrine Mont.

Shrine Mont is a place where people give thanks to God for his creation - from the beauty of the streams, flowers, and wildlife - to the people who come to this place to celebrate being part of the family of God.

Shrine Mont follows The American Plan (1 night stay + 3 meals). All rates are quoted per person per day, and are based on a two-night minimum (for Friday through Sunday reservations). You will be billed a per-person rate for two nights.
