Not sure about the ps5 side of things, but Horizon Zero Dawn on pc has a proper 32:9 mode which actually sets the view distance and ratio right for everything without stretching out objects or the character

2023年1月3日 · To be clear, PS5 doesn't support 3440x1440 or any other ultrawide resolution, but, with the vertical bars, it supports 2560x1440 which is better than full hd on a ultrawide monitor.

2022年5月24日 · The newest PS5 firmware update officially adds support for 1440p resolutions. I've tested 1440p at 60 - 120Hz with HDR on and off on my Alienware AW3423DW and everything works great! Obviously you won't be getting an ultrawide image, but the 1440p image is awesome. 120Hz works with both HDR on and off.
