2023年8月12日 · Sadly I just finished my run yesterday and did not find a fix! I tried to initiate conversation various ways in the night orchid cave in House of Grief. I never got the Act 3/swimming scene despite long resting many times. I did get the epilogue with Shadowheart though, which was sweet. I submitted a bug report to Larian lol.

2023年8月11日 · In Act 3: After you defeat mother superior and others in the Cloister of Sombre Embrace (under the House of Grief) if you go to the south side, you will enter the armoury. Go to the cords: X-370, Y:-1685 There you will find a wooden wall you can break. If you break it and go up the ladder, you will enter the Night Orchid Cave.

I eventually figured it out in a subsequent playthrough: in Act 1: if you don’t say “tell me more about yourself” even if you spend the night with her the whole night orchid thing doesn’t become an option at all.. which is strange I mean she doesn’t stop liking the flower and it’s stupid you can’t just get the dialogue option any time.

What should happen is that after visiting any two of these locations and speaking to Shadowheart about them, this third key dialogue about the smells of the city should immediately trigger with another "!" above ...

2023年9月17日 · Nah, you can get to know about the orchid sooner than that. First, you find out that she's a Sharran, you go through the dialogue with increased approval, and next time you talk to her you can ask to get to know eachother better, then you can ask for more mundane stuff about her. She will tell you that she likes Night Orchids and can't swim.
