The dictation is working well for normal text, but my document contains large number of names, technical terms, and abbreviations that the speech recognition is not able to recognize. I have tried adding names to the speech dictionary, but something isn't quite right.

My goal is for dictation to stay on even if I do not have the Word document in front of me. It is open but its not the screen I am focused on.

2023年8月26日 · The one that's been coming up without fail recently is when I say "society" the voice dictation in word changes this to an abbreviation of "SoC". it will even actually type out the word society and then change it to SoC. I know it's not a dictionary and autocorrect fault because if I type the word society manually it doesn't change it.
