The sig Romeo's are made in holosun factory so you are getting pretty much the same optic. The sig Romeo is a holosun 403r in different wrapping essentially. Holosun is an American company manufactured in china though there are some reports that they are looking to move manufacturing to east china aka California in the next few years.

The holosun has a lot going for it, but I agree the tiny ass battery tray screws are the worst. I stripped one once and it was a major PITA to get it out. I sold it and swore never again. I generally like holosun products, but I’ll never buy anything of theirs with those little screws.

2022年7月14日 · For starters, the Romeo 5 is much more compact than the HS403B, though it is slightly heavier. He's literally using the box dimensions in the chart. A 403 is NOT 6 inch by 6 inch by 4 inch, it's like the same size as a Romeo.

The holosun only comes with a low riser and a lower 3rd riser. The sig uses a low riser and an absolute cowitness riser. When looking through a magnifier, the dot on the holosun models are generally crisper/more defined than the sig (again, this is just my experience but so far that has been true out of the 6-7 red dots I’ve compared)

2016年11月28日 · It appears that the difference, according to Holosun, is that the 5 series has the option to switch between a 2 MOA dot and a 65 MOA circle with a center 2 MOA dot. The 4 series only offers the option of a 2 MOA dot.
