The support page for the G32QC only lists the manuals & helpfully the OSD Sidekick manual says to goto the support page, which obviously doesn't have any utility downloads.

Requiring completely disconnecting the KVM, and disconnecting any USB device that has a hub (cough keyboard cough) before their incompetent OSD finally recognizes the monitor? Did they contract this out to a third party on a fixed time and materials?
