Force a check for Windows Updates, Windows may see that this "program you need", needs a particular C++ or .NET version and offer it to you. When you installed "this program you need" did you notice if it asked you to install any C++ or .NET packs?

2024年1月7日 · Specified file not found. This is the exact message I receive when trying to install Visual C++ 2015 or higher. Only Visual C++ 2013 setup is successful . The only different message I receive is when I set automatic updates to "disabled" in the service Windows Update. It just says the service is disabled. Also no troubleshooter working.
