Bend Park & Recreation District maintains and operates more than 3,039+ acres of developed and undeveloped parkland. That includes 82 parks/open spaces and 80+ miles of trail, three recreation facilities and offerings of more than 1,000 recreation programs.

Fitness & Swim - Bend Park and Recreation District
BPRD offers numerous enjoyable, energizing group fitness classes per week. All ages and fitness levels are welcome, and you can start at anytime in a variety of cardio, mind/body and water fitness classes. If swimming is more your style, Larkspur and Juniper have complementary pool offerings, including lap swim, recreation swim and water exercise.

The Deschutes River is home to many species of native fish and some of the most idyllic fishing spots reside in Bend parks. In addition to river fishing, the District also features fishing ponds at Pine Nursery and Shevlin Parks that are stocked by Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife.
