2019年1月4日 · The yellow wire is a "wake" up wire. It sends a "signal" to the hub to turn on. IF the yellow is connected to the HDS unit the hub will turn on/off with the HDS unit. I've seen it installed 2 ways, connected to the HDS unit yellow wire (on power cable) or tied with the positive wire of said hub that is connected to an accessory switch.

2013年3月15日 · That is not how mine is wired. Does the yellow wire connected to the head unit turn it on with the head unit? I just wired up my LSS 2 the other night and used this configuration I found in the installation manual. Black wire staiht to black batteryterminal . Red battery terminal to included 3A fuse. Wire a Y after the fuse.

2010年4月19日 · The difference is the older cables have N2K power wires to power the network from head unit. The HDS units do not have the ability to power the network. Those N2K wire are no longer on the new power cords and also they have a yellow wire that can be used with the Structure Scan box if you chose to go that route.

2011年3月30日 · After installing A sides Scan Imaging in my Nitro Z6 the trim gauge does not work. The sending unit tests OK and goes into the wiring harness on a brown/white wire. The trim gauge test OK and has a yellow wire going into a maze under the dash. Does anyone know how these wires connect?

2010年2月27日 · Sounds like there may be a bad connection on the yellow (or brown) wire somewhere from the trailer connector back to the light... I have seen a few where it is a stripped or cracked wire in the frame itself along the way back. But since it is only the "bright mode" affected (brakes and turn signal), I would suggest it is with the yellow wire.

2020年1月9日 · I have a Starcraft Deckboat and and wondering how to access the space in the back and side to run the wires. I was also thinking about running the transducer wire through a drain hole in the back that goes to the well in front of the outboard motor. I know it would slow the flow of water, but I don't get much water in there anyways.

2018年8月1日 · On baitcasters I use the same hi-vos yellow Spider Wire Stealth as Bo and also the Spider Wire Ultrafast Flouro Braid also in high vid yellow. 30 - 65 lb. tests. Never any issues but I HAVE had breakage issues with Power Pro. For spinning reels I use either Fireline or Nano-Fil. I will go as low as 6 lb amd as high as 30 lb with these lines.

2013年5月2日 · The White Wire is 12V or 24V, depending on what you have the switch on the pedal set at. When you set it at 12V, it just pulls power off of the bottom left + red wire, and the white wire from the bottom. Since the bottom left + red wire is just 12V, it only pulls 12V from the white because the series with the other battery is not fully connected.

That would give you a Voltage loss of 1.53 Volts, above the recommended voltage loss of 1.0 Volts by Minnkota and Motorguide.
