The notches will be within 32" of the support with a moment of about 9'-k at that point. The web will be packed out with wood on both sides to support 2x10 floor joists.

On top of the masonry above is a a 5.5 meter (18 feet) span W8x21 beam (unbraced at middle or not torsionally restraint at middle) and will carry 4 to 6 inches of 39" high parapet or load of 273kN/meter or 0.187 kip/foot or 187 lbs per foot. I was debating to weld 2 1/2"x2 1/2"x5/16" clips on the outside of the 6x6 to bolt to the web and one on the bottom to bolt to the beam flange( shown in Picture 1).
