Visual Arts options at UFV include a major in the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, a minor and extended minor in the Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees, a 60-credit Visual Arts diploma, and an 18-credit Indigenous Arts certificate.

Students in ELS or the University Foundations programs can register in those courses identified in the University Foundations program with lower levels of language proficiency. Students will learn how to draw from a live model, utilizing a variety of techniques and materials in both draped and undraped settings. Note: This course utilizes nude models. This is an introductory drawing course that is designed to give the student technical art training and skill development balanced with experimental processes.
