2020年11月22日 · I'm in the middle of a possible trade for my TW5 for another splitter that is similar to the TW5 but is like new. I ran several cord thru the other splitter over the weekend in 36" dia wood. My #1 take away was that I love the floating wedge on my TW5 vs the fixed wedge on the other splitter.

2016年10月10日 · Im sure the SS is a great machine - Im sure its faster if you have 1 ft diameter perfect rounds - I, and Im guessing a lot of us dont get those kinda trees I get what ever the tree service is cutting down - that being said - my tw5 will bust up some really nasty chunks of wood.

2010年3月27日 · Can anyone give me a guess on what a slightly used tw5 splitter with the log lift and log pan be worth? Found a 3 or 4 year old one in real nice condition. Guy said make him an offer. Don't want to insult him and would like to offer him a fair price. What do the new ones cost? Thanks for the help.

My background is Farmer, licenced California Engineering Contractor, now retired and enjoying my toys ( read backhoe, JD dozer, Kubota Cultivating tractor, Chipper, Chainsaws, etc and now a Timberwolf TW5.
