Sign up for a Digital Access Card to get immediate access to Toronto Public Library’s digital resources and services. To be eligible for a Digital Access Card, you must live in Toronto and be 13 years of age or older. If you work or go to school in Toronto but do not live in the city, you cannot register for a Digital Access Card at this time.
