2017年3月16日 · Thank you for the instructions, very clear and worked a treat, the only thing to update the instruction, when searching for the hex file, change the settings on the bottom right corner to search for hex file types otherwise it wont show up on the screen as it will be looking for the specified file type.

2017年3月16日 · I've been looking for a firmware update for months now.... I've seen newer youtube reviews of the GX350 with firmware version 1.1.2. Mine came with 1.0.9. I have no idea why Smok won't release it to the public!! Keep me updated if anyone finds out anything!!

2018年3月13日 · I can't get the update tool for the correct version to recognise the device now (connect), but the update tool for vb models does connect... is there a way of flashing v1.2.1 or v1.3.2 onto the smok using the update tool for vb models? The firmware files aren't recognised as default so I'd rather not blindly click for risk of bricking it entirely.
