SW620 [SW-620] - CCL-227 - ATCC
SW620 [SW-620] is an adherent cell line isolated from the large intestine of a Dukes C colorectal cancer patient. This cell line is highly tumorigenic and has applications in gastrointestinal (GI), cancer, and drug research.

Metastatic SW620 colon cancer cells are primed for death when …
2013年9月12日 · Using a couple of isogenic human colon cancer cell lines derived either from the primary tumor (SW480) or from a lymph node metastasis (SW620), we found that only SW480 cells were sensitive to ...
Human SW620 cells were isolated from a patient with a colorectal adeno-carcinoma, from a lymph node as metastatic site. As routine quality controls, the cells are regularly checked for Mycoplasma contamination and authenticity (via STR DNA Typing). During surgery, tumors cells are implanted into the caecum, a part of the colon compartment.
SW620 cells harvested from tissue culture flasks are implanted into the subcutaneous space of the left flank of the mice. Resulting tumors are monitored by calipering twice weekly. Animal weights are measured three times weekly. Animal behaviour is monitored daily.
SW620 Xenograft Model
SW620 is a human colon cancer cell line that was established from a lymph node metastasis of a primary colon adenocarcinoma. Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer worldwide, and adenocarcinomas account for the majority of cases.
SW620 Purified Genomic DNA, Quantitative (KRAS & TP53 Mutants ... - ATCC
Purified genomic DNA isolated from the SW-620 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line (ATCC CCL-227). This product was quantified for oncology biomarkers KRAS p.G12V and TP53 p.R273H via NGS and ddPCR.
Characteristics of CD133(+) human colon cancer SW620 cells
In 2007, two research groups simultaneously identified a colon cancer stem cell population in human tumors by the use of CD133 expression. In the present study, we used a human colon cancer cell line, SW620, to analyze the cancer stem cell-like characteristics of CD133(+) cells in vitro and in vivo.
