There's a character management option now. It was super janky for me and took a while to unlink from my old character and add it to my new one.

Download size seems to be pretty much 25% of full map (3.2gb/13+), I think steam version predownloads the f2p portion, and you're still getting the rest while you play. Don't get me wrong, downloading a big chunk is still better, but I'm pretty sure it's not all (unless they actually use compressed chunks and then extract after download).

go to linked accounts and unlinked steam... login to your actual account that you want steam linked to. go to accounts and link the steam account. Go to the steam client and "remove" Runescape from your account and uninstall. Reinstall Runescape in a different directory Wait 15 minutes... it takes a little time for RS systems to update....
