2020年4月20日 · I've not tried this myself, but based on other (much older, for the 3DS version) guides to RF4, you could use multiple Double Steel (or 10-fold Steel), but only once per upgrade-item. So with the base armour, Diamond -> Double Steel -> Amethyst (or whatever) -> Double Steel works, but Diamond -> Double Steel -> Double Steel does not.

2022年8月1日 · RF4 has an overall larger script with more contextualized conversations and funny interactions between townspeople. The main story is as basic as the one in RF5 so don't expect much on that front. For farming and resource gathering I think 5 is better (gathering wood and stone is such a pain in 4).
